About

Covenant Health is seeking a design consultant team to provide design services for a new health facility and campus developed under the Covenant Wellness Community model. This Stage 1 Request for Qualifications requires qualified design firms and teams to submit a Statement of Qualifications; five shortlisted teams will be invited to Stage 2, a Request for Proposals, when project details and the site location will be released. The development will be a master-planned community anchored by a Community Health Centre (CHC), which will be the focus of the proposal.
