About

The Department of National Defence is seeking suppliers for Training Support services under the Collective Training Supply Arrangement through a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is limited to holders of the Collective Training Supply Arrangement; other offerors must first qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they can submit a proposal and Canada will not extend the RFP to allow additional time to qualify and submit. An amendment to the closing time notes that the SAP Business Network Discovery posting response deadline and CanadaBuys posting closing time should be disregarded; all required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be submitted on 23 September 2026 by 14:00 EDT, and any bids received after 14:00 EDT will be declared non-responsive.
