About

The Department of National Defence is seeking suppliers for goods and training services related to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED). This solicitation will pre-qualify bidders by issuing Supply Arrangements to suppliers who meet all Mandatory Technical Criteria; no pricing is requested in this document and Supply Arrangements will be issued in the order that compliant offers are received.
