About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for Medical Role Players to support simulated battlefield training under RFP-54, to be procured against Supply Arrangement W6399-25MC03 – Stream 2. All required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be received by 2026-09-24 at 14:00 EST; bids received after that time will be declared non-responsive. Supply Arrangement W6399-25MC03 holders only have been emailed this RFP; bidders not currently on the arrangement must first qualify for W6399-25MC03 before they will be given an opportunity to submit a proposal. A copy of the Request for Supply Arrangement W6399-25MC03 can be downloaded from the W6399-25MC03 Simulated Battlefield Training Support Service tender notice on CanadaBuys. Canada will not extend the RFP closing time to allow bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal.
