About

Lamont County is seeking a demolition contractor to submit a lump-sum quotation for the demolition, removal, disposal, excavation, backfilling and site restoration of the existing St. Michael Hotel and associated site improvements. The successful contractor must provide all labour, supervision, equipment, trucking, materials, permits, disposal fees and incidental services required to complete the work in accordance with the RFQ and all applicable legislation, codes, bylaws and site requirements.
