The Defence Investment Agency is requesting industry information and feedback on the Worldwide Satellite Communications Protected Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Tactical (WSC-PMT) Project. Respondents are requested to contact the Contracting Authority to register and schedule optional one-on-one meetings and to submit signed Rules of Engagement and questions according to the posted timeline: 26 May 2026 – Optional One-on-One Meetings (Pre-RFI Submission) start; 24 June 2026 – Deadline to register for optional one-on-one meetings (pre-RFI submission), submit signed Rules of Engagement and questions; 26 June 2026 – Last day for optional one-on-one meetings (pre-RFI); 17 July 2026 – Respondents provide their RFI submissions; 22 July 2026 – Deadline to register for Optional One-on-One Meeting (Post-RFI Submission), submit signed Rules of Engagement and Questions; 27 July 2026 – Optional One-on-One Meetings (Post-RFI Submission) start; 20 August 2026 – Last day for optional one-on-one meetings (post-RFI); 3 September 2026 – RFI close. Following the 3 September 2026 close, this notice will remain active for two years for the purpose of publishing Canada's findings and communicating any future engagement opportunities related to this initiative.
