About

Construction company needed to construct a replacement Red Earth Creek K-12 School and to demolish the existing school located on a different site. The project involves building a new K-12 school as a replacement for the current Red Earth Creek facility and demolishing the existing school on a separate site. Addendum No.2 issued September 7, 2026; Addendum No.1 issued September 14, 2026; Clarification 01 issued September 17, 2026.

Insight

This could be ideal for contractors experienced in K-12 school construction and demolition who can manage work across separate sites. Key considerations include coordinating multi-site logistics and carefully reviewing the three issued addenda/clarification for any changes or requirements.
