City of Portage la Prairie is seeking a contractor for the construction of Gladys Cook Way Development – Phase 1 (Tender 26 OPS 032). Tenders are issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department at 204-239-8346. Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Building, 495 11th Street NW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4B3, on or before 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 20, 2026; emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment clearly labelled as indicated in the tender documents. All tenders are irrevocable after the official opening and before awarding of the contract, and the lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
