About

Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a contractor to construct a new Equipment Storage Building (ESB) for the Ministry of Highways in Milestone, Saskatchewan. The scope includes structural, mechanical, electrical work, site grading, and demolition of the existing building, with all required works as shown in the drawings and specifications and further detailed in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on September 24, 2026 at the main entrance of the Milestone ESB facility (Coordinates: 49°59'18.0"N 104°30'19.0"W); attendance is not mandatory but contractors are encouraged to examine existing site conditions before submitting a bid. Competition documents, amendments, addenda and clarifications are available through the Government of Saskatchewan’s GEM system, and suppliers must be registered in GEM to download documents, submit questions, receive updates and submit a bid.
