About

The City of Calgary is seeking Construction Management (CM) services to deliver a temporary fire station and a permanent two-bay emergency response station on a 0.68-hectare (1.68-acre) parcel at Yorkville Way SW and Yorklyn Manor SW. The permanent station is expected to be approximately 1,400 square metres (15,000 square feet) and operational by February 2029, while a temporary station is planned to be operational by October 2027 to provide interim emergency services; the CM will support pre-construction activities and construction for both facilities. Once the temporary station is removed, the site will be prepared to enable future housing opportunities, though the current project does not include design or construction of housing.
