SH is seeking confirmation that no other vendor can supply the specified Water Vapor Thermal Therapy Product. SH has identified one intended vendor whom it believes is the only provider and is requesting evidence to confirm the absence of competition. The Request is not a pre-qualification for any future competitive procurement, any Response submitted will not be binding on the vendor, and all costs and liabilities associated with preparing a Response will be borne entirely by the vendor.
