Public Works & Government Services Canada is seeking an architectural firm to act as Prime Consultant with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver pre-design/functional programming and schematic services for a Northern Innovation Centre located at the Inuvik Satellite Station Facility in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The consultant must investigate options for accommodating Natural Resources Canada’s program in a modular building versus typical northern construction, develop conceptual schematic options and a Class C cost estimate to support early project approval and viability assessment for an approximately 1,277 m² multi-use modular facility (supporting areas to be proposed by the Prime Consultant). Scope is limited to NRCan program requirements only, with future stakeholder participation or expansion to be considered separately; project stakeholder requirements are detailed in the Terms of Reference. Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
