Tender: Client Facilitation Services for Energy Efficiency and GHG Initiatives – NRCan Supply Arrangement

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking suppliers to be qualified under RFSA NRCan-5000075549/B to deliver Client Facilitation Services that help NRCan assist client organizations plan, develop and implement major energy efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) initiatives through energy management, measurement and verification (M&V), renewables and energy performance contracts to support FSDS targets. This RFSA supersedes the previous RFSA NRCan-5000075549 and is posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new suppliers to become qualified; suppliers already pre‑qualified under the prior arrangement are not required to submit a new arrangement. Eligibility for the solicitation of supply arrangements includes Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non‑Trading Partner, with eligibility for individual bid solicitations possibly limited to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as indicated at the individual requirement stage. The Supply Arrangement has no defined end date and remains valid until Canada no longer considers it advantageous to use it.
