Tender: Clarinda Park Staircase Replacement – Galvanized Steel Stairs on Helical Piles, North York

City of Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation is seeking a supplier for demolition and replacement of the Clarinda Park stairway at 31 Clarinda Dr, North York, which connects the park to the East Don River trail. The successful bidder will demolish and safely dispose of the existing pressure-treated timber staircase, supply and install a new hot-dipped galvanized steel staircase supported by helical piles, and perform all associated site restoration work. Suppliers are encouraged to visit the site; all required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be received by October 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM noon local Toronto time, and late submissions will be declared non-compliant. All questions must be submitted via the internal message board after logging into the ARIBA Event as a participating supplier; note the City does not post budget information.
