About

Infrastructure for the Peace Wapiti School Division is seeking qualified teams for the replacement of Clairmont Peace Wapiti Academy, a new Grade 9–12 school in Clairmont, Grande Prairie County No. 1, Alberta, with an opening capacity of 1,225 students, potential future expansion to 1,425 students, and a programmed gross floor area of 11,395 m2. The Province has retained a Bridging Consultant to complete schematic design and submit a Development Permit to the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, and to develop the Minimum Material Requirements and Additional Performance Requirements that will define the project’s technical, functional, and performance expectations. Those Bridging Documents will be provided to shortlisted Proponents during the Request for Proposals stage to guide Design-Build submissions; they establish minimum design and performance standards while allowing proponents flexibility to propose innovative, cost-effective solutions.
