About

The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to prepare a Recreation Master Plan that enables evidence-based decision-making, prioritizes recreation investments, evaluates partnership opportunities, supports financial sustainability, and plans for long-term service delivery. The Plan will build on previous recreation planning work and align major future recreation investments with anticipated growth, regional trends, partnership opportunities, financial sustainability, and applicable City policies, plans, and priorities.
