About

City Hall is seeking a supplier for a feasibility and options study for an HVAC upgrade, to assess the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and present viable upgrade options. The study should identify current system performance and outline feasible technical approaches for upgrading the building’s HVAC.

Insight

This opportunity is likely valuable for HVAC engineering consultancies and building services firms experienced in feasibility and options studies. Key considerations include the need to survey existing HVAC installations and clearly document feasible upgrade options that reflect the building’s constraints.
