About

City is seeking a supplier for engineering, design, procurement, construction management, equipment replacement, system upgrades, testing, commissioning, and training services for the Fuel Site Redevelopment Project. This RFP invites non-binding proposals for those Deliverables, and the selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City to provide the stated services.

Insight

This opportunity is most relevant to firms that provide engineering, design, procurement, construction management, equipment replacement, system upgrade, testing/commissioning and training services; key considerations include the need for multidisciplinary capabilities across these service areas and preparedness to negotiate a formal agreement with the City.
