About

The City is seeking a supplier for electric utility construction and maintenance services for overhead and underground distribution linework under this Request for Proposals. Respondents are invited to submit non‑binding proposals; the selected proponent will be asked to negotiate an agreement with the City. The initial agreement term is one (1) year, with the City having the sole discretion to extend for up to four (4) additional one‑year increments.
