About

The City is seeking a supplier for ash tree removal, stump removal, and the supply, storage, transport, planting and maintenance of balled-and-burlap replacement trees for publicly owned ash trees (Fraxinus spp.) through December 11, 2026, with two mutually agreed one-year extension options. Work covers ash trees on street rights-of-way, in parks and greenspaces that are dead, dying, in decline, or infested with or at risk from emerald ash borer (EAB). Planting and maintenance services apply only at locations where ash tree removal under this Contract was performed for EAB management. Services will be provided on an as-required basis as authorized by the Contract Administrator; the City has no obligation to purchase quantities beyond operational needs and may alter or terminate the Contract with 30 calendar days’ written notice.
