About

Correctional Service Canada is seeking a supplier to supply, deliver, install, program, test and commission an expanded Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system at Cowansville Institution in the Quebec Region, and to provide systems documentation, training, project management and extended maintenance. The contract requires supply and installation of 44 fixed box cameras (plus 4 spares), 5 PTZ cameras (plus 1 spare), 11 wide-angle dome cameras (plus 2 spares), 15 360° panoramic/multi-sensor cameras (plus 2 spares), 11 43-inch viewing monitors (2560×1440) (plus 2 spares), 2 NVUS workstations (plus 1 spare) and 2 24-port network switches (plus 1 spare). The RFP is limited to pre-qualified suppliers under the Work Stream Video Surveillance Supply Arrangement E60HN-24VSSA, the work period runs from October 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027, and award will be based on the lowest priced compliant bid; the contract does not include security requirements.
