Canada Border Services Agency is seeking a supplier for installation and configuration of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) hardware and peripherals at the CBSA port of entry in Saint-Armand, Quebec, located at 10 Route 133, St-Armand, QC, J0J 1T0. The Notice of Proposed Procurement and the Request for Proposal will be posted on CanadaBuys, with the RFP to be issued after the mandatory site visit. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 29, 2026 at 9:00 EDT and will begin in the visitor parking lot north of the public washrooms; offerors must confirm attendance with the contracting authority by September 24, 2026 at 10:00 EDT and provide the name(s) of their representatives, will be escorted by CBSA personnel at all times, must sign the attendance sheet on the day of the site visit, and must confirm in their offer that they attended. No security clearance is required. Canada will declare non-compliant any offers from offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.

This could be valuable for suppliers of CCTV hardware, peripherals and installation/configuration services who can attend the mandatory site visit and respond to a forthcoming RFP on CanadaBuys. Key considerations include meeting the confirmation deadline (Sept 24, 2026 at 10:00 EDT), attending and signing the mandatory site visit on Sept 29, 2026 at 9:00 EDT, and being escorted on site; failure to attend will render offers non-responsive.
