About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a contractor for bridge culvert replacement and related works on Hwy 36:12 carrying traffic over Castor Creek at kilometre 59.491, 8 km southeast of Castor. The work scope includes site isolation and water accommodation, supply and bore of 38 m of 2.44 m OD smooth wall steel pipe, supply and installation of 46 m of 1200 mm diameter smooth wall steel pipe, grouting of abandoned culverts (70 m3), concrete grouting of culvert liners (77 m3) and placement of 90 m3 of heavy rock riprap (Class 1). Contractors must supply all materials. Tenders will be accepted by email at trans.tender@gov.ab.ca before 2:01 P.M. on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
