About

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to conduct asbestos building materials assessments and inspections at selected Liquor Mart locations throughout Manitoba. Submissions must be in English and received by October 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. This competition is subject to applicable trade agreements, tender documents are available from the Merx website, and MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any submission; inquiries may be directed to rfprequests@mbll.ca or 204-957-2500 and should reference Request for Proposal 27-RFP-77424.
