About

AESO is seeking one or more qualified partners to provide ServiceNow Configuration and Support Services in a hybrid work environment for a period of up to five (5) years beginning January 2027. The Services, as described in Appendix E, include two distinct scopes of work: Service A — Configuration and Development Support Services, and Service B — Operational Support Services.
